Return & Refund Policy for Delhi Audio


We aim for customer satisfaction by offering high-quality products and service at Delhi Audio. But if you don't like your purchase or have any problems, our Return & Refund Policy will make it as easy and hassle-free as possible. Please read the terms below carefully:

Eligibility for Returns


Damaged or Defective Products:

If the product you received is damaged, defective, or doesn’t work as it should, you’re able to return it. Any return request must be notified within the first 7 days following the delivery of the product.

Incorrect Products:

In the event you receive a wrong product, we will accept returns and render a replacement or refund.

Unopened and Unused Products:

If unopened products were sent by us and we have received them back in unused and unopened condition within a period of 7 days from the date of delivery, we offer returns.

Non-Returnable Items


Return on some products is not available. These include:

  • Customized or special-order items
  • Damaged products because of misuse, damage due to improper handling, and wear and tear.
  • Items with no original packaging, tags, or proof of purchase.

Process for Returning a Product


Initiate a Request:

Approval of Return:

Upon our review of your request, you will be notified as to the return status within 2-3 business days.

Return Shipping:

If approved, you will be able to send the item back to us at the address provided by us.

Shipping Costs:

In the case of a return for our error (damaged or incorrect product), we will pay for return shipping. The cost of return shipping will be at the customer’s charge otherwise.

Inspection of Returned Product:

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to see if it meets return eligibility criteria.

Refund Policy


Refund Processing:

The refund will take anywhere from 7-10 business days following inspection once approved. Credits will be issued in your original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Partial Refunds:

Refunds will be issued less if the product is returned in any condition other than in which it was shipped.

Exchange Policy


If you want to exchange a product you can do that, following the return process and choosing the new exchange option. Product availability is no different in an exchange.

Important Notes


All declined approvals from our team mean the products will not be accepted. Do keep the original receipt or proof of purchase in hand should you need to return or refund something. We will refund COD orders through bank transfer.
